Thanks for making the 2011 poultry season a spectacular success. To date,
your interest in raising poultry has far exceeded all prior years. We now
have customers in Philadelphia and the immediate surrounding suburbs
not to mention customers traveling to Pickering Valley Feed and Farm Store
from as far away as Virginia, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
We have offered a wide variety of breeds from your best egg producers to
the rare, hard to find and sometimes even bazaar breeds. This year we
introduced Mottled Javas, Buff Rocks, Anconas, Blue Quail Belgian de
Anvers, Naked Necks, Chanticleers, and as for geese, Gray Saddleback
Pomeranians, and American Buff. We've also had Mute Swan Cygnets, Pied
Guineas, Eastern Wild Turkey and Ringneck Pheasants.
